This is false. It's true that the IOS Firewall Feature set is in
11.2(11)P, but it is *not* true you have to wait for 11.3(3)T to get the
multimedia protocols. The protocol support for 11.2(11)P and 11.3(3)T is
the same, and both include several multimedia protocols.
There is one minor denial-of-service avoidance enhancement in 11.3(3)T.
That enhancement has been back-ported for 11.2(12)P. 11.2P and 11.3T are
otherwise exactly the same as far as the Firewall Feature Set is
concerned.
You might choose to run 11.3T instead of 11.2P, but only because of
other features that aren't part of the Firewall Feature Set.
Once again: the multimedia protocols are already in the 11.2P version
of the Firewall Feature Set. There is no additional protocol support
in 11.3T.
