Subject: Lotus Domino as an access control to internal network

I have been told that the Lotus Domino server, running on NT Server, cannot
be made to provide access to an internal network even if the Domino
security is compromised because Domino uses its own drivers for the network
interfaces. This allows the NT Server box to be configured without network
access. This supposedly means that breaking Domino and accessing the
underlying NT Server does not provide any network services.

The comments of the mailing list would be appreciated.
