Yes. But not under OS8 or Rhapsody.

Depending on the actual hardware involved, see either
http://www.mklinux.apple.com/ or http://www.netbsd.org/

(In theory, Rhapsody should be able to firewall well. And
Open Transport is a really good TCP stack, if only OS8 weren't
so easy to crash...)
