For managed network service providers for example, the customer routers
need to accessed using various methods. TELNET access, SNMP and TFTP as
many vendors implement the latter for software transfer purposes.
Upgrading Cisco IOS requires TFTP and if there is a firewall shielding
the Network Management Centre network from the rest of the customer
networks (as one normally would), permitting TFTP would be a necessity.

Although Raptor only has TCP-based application proxies, you can still
allow TFTP through using its SECURE TUNNEL feature.
