Ah - a VERY good issue. As I understand it, if the mailing list manager
censors (moderates) any content of a discussion, they are liable for the
content of that discussion. Only by releasing all ability to censor
(moderate) can the manager relieve themself of this liabily.
As I understand it, this was the outcome of a recent legal case against
Prodigy, where someone sued Prodigy for _not_ censoring slanderous mail
about him.
