I created my own because I didn't like what was out there when
looking through the options several months back.
The biggest problem with subscription forms is that you have to ask
the user what their address is. Experience shows that users just
don't know what in the world their address is.
Also, my list owners were asking for help in figuring out what's
wrong with a bad address.
So I added some basic checks including a DNS lookup on the domain,
and this has been very helpful.

Besides WebDomo, do any of these other tools offer list manager
interfaces? I didn't see anything when I looked around. Even
WebDomo doesn't give much for managing subscriptions, just editing
the config file.
