Yeah. There's the rub. Is there some way users in their first period of
using a screen name can be considered probationary with a reduction in
accessible services? Allow them to only send certain numbers of email a
day, say? I don't think it's unreasonable that when an account is
created or a screen name added that it be handled more carefully until
it's shown not to be a spammer or a space case. It could even be
marketed in terms of "hand holding while you get your feet on the
ground" and made to look like a positive to the new users... (grin)
