In theory, not much.  They are both communities for mailing list
administrators.

In practice, however, I find them quite different.  The ListMom-Talk list
seems to have more "newbie" ListMom's, and also has representatives from a
number of Macintosh and Windows list software developers who I haven't seen
on this list.   List-Managers seems to be primarily composed of experienced
UNIX administrators.

The of course are just generalizations.  I subscribe to both lists and get
valuable information from both.
