	On the face of it, coercing a Bcc to a CC might be a good idea, but
in the past, I've used Bccs to keep addresses confidential from the recipients.
Each person sees my address as sender and reciever, and gets their copy, but
nobody knows who else is getting it.

	It also prevents long and spammy To: lines.
