Just to be nitpicky but disclaiming liability does not necessarily mean
anything. Imagine the following bumper sticker on a car:
I disclaim all liability for any accidents this car is involved in.
Doesn't mean much, does it? I'm sure you'll be okay but it's just something to
be aware of.
