I have only blocked entire domains temporarily, usually to fix a technical
problem rather than block a user. Do you receive mail from other juno.com
users who wish to subscribe to your lists? How do you explain to a new
Juno user that she will suffer because of what some jerk did six
months ago? This is good example of one bad apple spoiling the lot.
