This is pretty obviously a VM/Bitnet machine, so it's echoing into a
local redistribution list. I wouldn't worry about it.

This looks like it's gatewaying into a Lotus notes archive (think
netnews, only sideways). they don't seem to have a public web site, so
it might warrant some investigation, but I'd guess it's probably an
internal distribution.

And there are sites that'll do a local version of poplar lists....
