filtering routers

I'm curious what types of filtering routers folks are using, and
what the filtering language and capabilities are (i.e., what fields
can you filter on, can it detect TCP ACK/RST bits, can routes be
filtered, etc.)  Reply to me, and I'll summarize if there's interest.
