Wrong place ... but anyway ...
here in the UK entering someone's premises by an open window/door may
be trespass - but there is a seperate crime for 'breaking and entering'.
With the Computer Misuse Act it is now an actual offence for you to
access computer systems that you are not specifically authorised to do
so (and they should display big banners specifying this ...). I don't
know if ANYONE has been successfully prosecuted yet ...
