A few days ago I asked how to make rlogin work through a cisco
	 with packet filter.

The answer was to allow established connections to ports >1000 instead
	 of
	 > 1023

I have done that, and it works. But rsh does not work. Again, could
someone please let me know how rsh works and what to do to allow outbo
	und
rsh sessions through a cisco with filtering on.

rsh uses an incoming call to the client for stderr. I don't know
any neat hack equivalent to PASV for this one...
