A hacker/cracker doesn't need access to anything except telnet.  People 
who want to know how it works, try it.  People who are afraid divulging 
the information, be informed that the hackers/crackers already know how 
to do it, and your just hiding info from the people that need it.

And then the system will tell you all you need to know in order to send 
forged mail to somebody else...thats not exactly a secret.
