We are getting ready to hook up to the Internet through as a subnet of the
Baylor Hospital. Our configuration is a router connected on the Baylor side
to the Internet, a router connected to their router and all of our internal
networks. We want basically unrestricted access to the internet from within
our organization, but very restricted access from the Internet to us. This
is fairly easy, the hard part is that Baylor wants a seamless connection
between us an them. Baylor will be on the outside of our firewall.

How can I create a seamless ( full access ) connection to Baylor, yet have
strict control on others on the Internet. We are using filters in the
router on our side, but we are concerned that if we use only filters at the
router, the time required to maintain all the filters as we allow doctors
from other institutions to access our machine will increase dramatically.
