No idea is too stupid for a bureaucrat to suggest if it will expand
his empire. There is serious consideration being giving to
installing "a" (i.e. one) firewall for all DOD unclassified traffic,
including one email gateway. It would probably be cheaper to buy
uunet/alternet.
