     To change the Ethernet address for interface  ie0,  use  the
     following command:

          example% ifconfig le0 ether aa:1:2:3:4:5

The feature is not documented under 4.1.x, but I believe that it is
there. I don't know of any machine that has an unchangeable Ethernet
address. Ethernet addresses are no more trustworthy than Internet
addresses.
