Has anyone modified S/Key to get it to compile under Solaris 2.X?

There are a bunch of problems in skeysubr.c, all involving ioctl's,
and I would love to avoid having to read through the old BSD manuals
to understand what is going on, then through the SVR4 manuals to learn
how to replace them!
