It is not clear if the bastion host has one or two interfaces.
The service includes Installation, Configuration, Monitoring and Reporting.
Under monitoring, you get logging and incident response on a 24x7 basis.
You also get monthly reports. And they will reconfigure the system as new
threats are identified.
They include gateways for TELNET, FTP, SMTP, DNS, WWW and NNTP.
