Digital sells an application gateway product for DECnet called DECsecuritygate.
It runs on a VAX with a full-function DECnet license and requires two ethernet
interfaces.  The package includes tools to test the rules you setup to
describe your security baseline.  Access can be controlled by username, 
hostname, time of day, and application.
