We use a modified version of "tpage" written by someone at mentor graphics.
This can send alpha pages to alpha pagers via a dialup modem at the pager
vendor which speaks the IXO protocol. It can send multiple paages with one
call. When we take a power hit 40 pagers simultaneously go wacko.
