Client/Server Encryption

I have an application where everything from a server(s) to clients and back 
must be encrypted.  I am not concerned if these products require large 
servers or centralized key management systems, just as long as everything 
out of and into the processing server(s) can be encrypted.  Can I get some 
suggestions as to suppliers for this type of application?
