For that platform the best ntp packet forwarder is xntpd....

If there's some reason you can't run it, udprelay can do this.
ftp.wang.com:/pub/fitz/udprelay-0.2.tar.Z

udprelay is mainly useful on platforms like SCO where the system clock is
so shaky that xntpd can't be used to feed the time to other systems
reliably.
