I can tell you that Crytocard manufactures authenticators that are
compatible with the algorithm suggested by ANSI standard X9.9 and
which are supported by our "SafeWord" authentication server software.
I don't recall receiving any complaints from users, and the demo
card I have from Cryptocard is very nicely packaged.
