According to a Microsoft marketing manager, the user is asked to 
respond "yes" or "no" when prompted by the system if they want 
the wizard to register the software.  Will the user fully 
understand what the wizard will report?  Probably not.  Will 
Microsoft use this information to target potential customers?  
Probably yes.
