I am trying to use Mosaic through two HTTP TIS proxies and am having 
some problems.  I am not sure how to configure the proxy to forward 
the requests to another proxy, and whether I need a special entry in
the "Mosaic*ProxyGateway:" line in Mosaic's resource file. Any input 
would be appreciated.
