One place to call would be the Firewalls, Guards, and Router organization
in X31 at Ft. Meade. Don't know the exact number but you can call
1-800-go-missi and tell them you'd like to talk to the firewall group
and they can put you in touch. They have been tasked with evalutating
firewalls and are starting to get rolling.
