IBM AIX comes with such a utility (/usr/bin/virscan).  Unfortunately, the
dates on the virus signatures file indicate that they haven't been updated
since July of 1994.  Obviously, this utility can't cope with viri "hidden"
somewhere other than in files on a UNIX filesystem.
