What about us fortunate folks who will be joining you at LISA IX? Can
we expect to find "The Book" available at the O'Reilly & Associates
booth during the vendor exhibition days?
WRT international shipping, I find that US Air Mail is best -- a hefty
softcover book (O'Reilly's "Sendmail") cost $9.00 when shipped from
Intertain Books (http://intertain.com/) outside Boston, MA, to me, here
in Tel-Aviv, Israel. FedEx and DHL cost $40+. YMMV.
See ya in Monterey (jeez, I haven't been there since I did my "Basic"
at Ft. Ord, back in '71 -- VOLAR!!)
