This is really a question to the list, not an answer...
How about stand-alone mailers? I'm thinking of such things as Mailshare for
the Mac and others, in other words SMTP/POP3 mailers that run on a
workstation instead of under Unix. Wouldn't that pretty much solve the
security problems of mailers? Or is there something I have overlooked here?
