Its an icmp packet, so you should look there..
For anyone that is interested I was mailed a source router a while ago, and
I can make it available (mail source @
 real .
 com and it should auto reply to
the sender)..  It looks a lot like nuke.c, infact I think that the author 
did just modify nuke, but who am I to say :)

I was told that linux doesnt support source routing, so that may be a safe
option (I dont have a lot of experience with linux, so I personally cant
say, although I thought I saw options in it to turn that on and off :)
