I think what he was trying to say was when you reply to something
and include text from the orginal person's e-mail, could you please
take the time to remove all the e-mail header stuff. I don't think
this is related to the mail loop, but rather to the tendancy of people
to include the orginal text in their message without editing out the
parts that don't apply. Good advice, though I think you get better
results from asking people nicely than you get with scolding them for
their bad netiquite.
