Hello Andrew:
RFC1597 subject title is, "Address Allocation for Private Internets".
There are undoutably many places to get it (i.e. there used to be when I
pulled it down!!). Ftp to the site ds.internic.net in the subdirectory
rfc. Alternately you can go to the web site http://www.ds.internic.net
and look where the RFC's are located. It's a searchable index.
