Hi,
I am new on this mailing list and on the internet, yesterday I tried
to talk to a friend in cornell.edu but I couldn`t while both of us tried to
send talk request. Is this because there is a firewall in his system, how can
I or him pass the firewall to talk to each other, is telneting to another
machine will be enough or won`t he be able to do that?
I am sorry if the question sounds unadvanced, I am trying to learn the
systems on the internet. Thank you for your help.
