Joe and a couple others have in this particular thread expressed a unique 
concept:  Employees are expected to produce *something* related to a set 
of "responsibilities".  I was beginning to think that our job as firewall 
administrators was to prevent our employees from doing embarassing 
things, and prevent outsiders from doing embarrassing things to us as an 
organization.
