I am not exactly sure how you can do this -- but yes, it is possible. Check
out the comp.infosystems.www.servers.ms-windows newsgroup.

A few precautions: Disable file sharing via the Network Control Panel and 
do not enable the FTP service. 

I still haven't had a chance to portscan an NT server to see what else is 
vulnerable, but those are things that are obvious to me. :-).
