I assume that you have looked at the document on Notes security.
It describes the elements that are associated with each ID file.  The
big problem is that you must not only know the format of the ID file, but
also the method that they use to scramble it with the password.
As I understand it, the password is simply used to scramble the
password file.  It may be a simple XOR, but I have not seen any docs
on it.
