Hmm, isn't this guarantee independent of anything the drug company would
like to provide? In that way, a firewall company could indeed find itself
in court simply because by marketing a "Secure Firewall" product they are
implying the resistance to break-in. I suppose that unless they specify
that limit of indemnity, you could go for broke (play on words), as
indicated by the above law suits.
