Turning ip_forwarding off using adb is the same end result as setting the
macro IP_FORWARDING to -1 in SunOS. Difference is whether you do it before
or after compilation. The same is true with ndd. If you build a SunOS
kernel with IP_FORWARDING = -1, and then use adb to change ip_forwarding
to 1, guess what. It works just fine.
