It's a 32-bit Proxy server for SOCKS, HTTP, FTP, telnet, POP3, SMTP,
and NNTP. You may enable / disable any of the above.
I've used it on 95, it is should work on NT, but I don't know for
sure. It has *very* limited rules restrictions (IP address, host
string, URL string) to who may access it / where they may go, so having some
other firewall would be good.... you can keep your users away from
playboy/penthouse though <G>....
