     Is there a file where all the ifconfig definitions can be written to
     such that upon boot up of the AIX machine, that the definitions are
     setup ?

     Actually it is possible to do it on nearly any Unix system, but in
     some cases ...it may require a patch from the vendor.  Take a look at
     this in the context ...of serving different domains from a single web
     server at:
