Actually, with the RealAudio Proxy 2.0 beta 2, it is possible to restrict
proxy use to TCP only. If a user inside of the firewall tries to configure
the player to use UDP streaming, they receive an error message "Proxy Error
5: UDP audio connections not allowed. Please change network preferences in
your player to receive audio via TCP."
See http://www.realaudio.com/firewall.html for more details.
I hope this helps.
