Hi,
	If u are already from the world of Unix, read
	"Inside Windows NT" by Helen Custer..This should give
	u an insight of NT and u urself can compare NT with Unix
	rather than waiting for it..Also check out 
	http://www.somarsoft.com ...I had seen an article on NT v/s Unix.
	Don't know whether it is still there.
