I'm looking for a tool which shows me the PID of the process which is 
responsible for the offering of a TCP/UDP-port. I think i've seen 
something here on the list but i do not remember the name.

The cause is: sometimes i see a port (netstat -an) listening like
tcp   *.2230 *.* LISTEN or 
tcp   *.1749 *.* LISTEN.
I do not know anything about these ports, especially how and when 
they are started.
I'm running fwtk and cern httpd and nothing else (I think).
