If this is Windows for Workgroups 3.11 you could try the
Microsoft 32bit TCP/IP stack thats posted at
www.microsoft.com . Besides the normal winsock stuff
it includes a windows based FTP and a bare bones
TELNET (VT52/VT100 emulation only). If this isn't
WFW 3.11 you should consider upgrading just for the
bug fixes.
(Note, the Windows NT Server 3.51 CD-ROM has the
improved TCP/IP stack, plus a WFW 3.11 installation
files with ALL the bug patches already applied)
