RFCs

Since some of my links have been deleted, I am looking for a few of 
them.  I got off of this list (about 8 months ago) the URL of an RFC 
search engine.  All I remember is that this address was in Japan, and 
it was in Sony's domain.  I have tried to find it again but to no 
avail.  The other RFC search engines that I have found have all been 
inferior in either quality or speed to this one.  Does anyone have 
the URL??????
