Hi all. I have to go thru a proxy server to get out to the internet from
my work account. I can use netscape to do this, without logging into our
ANS firewall, but I would rather use ncftp or an equivalent. Does anyone
know of an X based, or command line based program that will allow me to do
this? Is this what socks is for? I don't think it is a socks-based
firewall, though..

Thanks for any ideas,
Dave Wreski
