After reviewing the NCSA firewall site, I was still confused as
to which platforms / operating systems were being approved.  In
particular, are there any Windows NT firewall systems NCSA approved?
And the answer is NO.  Even firewalls like the Raptor Eagle that is
available for both Unix and Windows NT operating systems was only
approved for Unix.  Attached is the NCSA response.
